Recipe: Calendula Rose Sugar Scrub
Ingredients:
2 cup olive oil
2 cup jojoba oil
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup powdered rose petals
1/4 cup powdered calendula petals
7 drops pure rose essential oil
Instructions: dry 1 cup each fresh rose and calendula flowers. Once dry, garble the petals from the stems. Using Trim Bin, snip the flowers and continue to garble while trimming. Press cut and garbled petals through Trim Bins fine mesh screen. Set flowers aside and measure 1/4 cup each for recipe. In large, clean bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Stir. Add the essential oils last and continue to stir. Pour scrub into clean, glass jars. For use on the body while showering. Makes skin radiant!
Recipe: Pet Care Flea Powder
Ingredients:
2 cups baking soda
1 cup pennyroyal herb powder
1 cup lavender leaf and flower powder
5 drops citronella essential oil
5 drops pennyroyal essential oil
10 drops lemon essential oil
5 drops rosemary essential oil
10 drops lavender essential oil
Instructions: dry 3 cups each fresh pennyroyal and lavender herb. Once dry, garble the leaves from the stems. Using Trim Bin, snip the leaves and continue to garble while trimming. Press the cut and garbled herbs through Trim Bins fine mesh screen. Set powdered herbs aside and measure 1 cup each for recipe. In large, clean bowl, combine dry ingredients. Stir.
